Tallie has been almost entirely self-funded from inception from founders, employees, management and advisors, allowing the company to focus all its efforts on customers, partners, technology and developing the best collaborative solution available.
Chris founded Tallie in 2008 after spending 15 years in finance and accounting. Prior to Tallie, he was Chief Financial Officer of Occam Networks, Corporate Controller of C-Cube Microsystems and held various positions at Arthur Andersen LLC. Chris received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and earned his CPA license in California.
Nick joined Tallie in 2014 and has over 20 years of investor relations and Wall Street experience. His experience includes senior IR advisory to boards and management teams, in-house strategy roles, direct multi-billion dollar P&L responsibility, and complex merger, integration and transition work with private equity. Nick's industry expertise includes technology, retail, healthcare, and commercial real estate, for companies such as CB Richard Ellis, Albertsons, Broadcom and Supervalu. Nick holds an MBA from Chapman University.
Mark joined Tallie in 2011 and has over 24 years of software engineering experiences in many programming languages and diverse development situations. He was a pioneer in successfully implementing Test Driven Development techniques. Prior to Tallie, he has held senior software positions at MindJet, EFI, and National Australia Bank. Mark has a BS in Computer Science with distinction from RMIT University.
